It was only a matter of time before the famous Phil’s BBQ expanded. Has anyone ever visited their Point Loma location and not encountered a line? For the past nine years San Diego Magazine has crowned it the Winner of Best BBQ in San Diego. Even the television show “Man vs. Food” had to stop by! And now visitors and residents in North County can rejoice – today they open their second location in San Marcos.
Located in the Creekside Marketplace, the 7,000 sq. ft. restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner starting at 11:00 a.m. and will have seating for 250 people and will feature 14 flat-screen TVs.
