One of the country’s top PRCA sanctioned full-scale pro rodeos, competitive events include barrel racing, tie-down roping, bull riding, saddle bronc riding, team roping, and bareback riding. Other activities include a cowgirl fashion show, cowboy and cowgirl mixer, Kid’s Day clowns, rodeo queens, and photo and autograph opportunities. Don’t miss the Romana Main Street Parade on Saturday morning.

North Park Festival of the Arts & Craft Beer Block
On the forefront of the art scene, the North Park Festival of Arts celebrates all types of art forms. There will be something for everyone, including the kids. Our hands-on Kids Art Block offers children the chance to participate in a variety of interactive activities designed to stimulate and inspire their imaginations and create their own masterpieces. Come thirsty to the Craft Beer Block and sample brews from San Diego’s favorite breweries.

KidsFest San Diego

Pet Day on the Bay
Hornblower’s popular, pup-friendly Pet Day on San Diego Bay promises a tail-wagging good time! This is the one time each year that Hornblower invites dogs to cruise for free with their owners. guests are also encouraged to contribute a gently used blanket or towel that will warm needy animals at the Helen Woodward Animal Center.

Escondido Spring Street Faire
The street fair brings live entertainment, over 500 vendors, children’s rides and activities, and food from around the world to the downtown tree-lined streets of Escondido. Covering seven blocks along historic Grand Avenue, the Escondido Street Fair is the second largest single-day fair in California.

Sicilian Festival
Come celebrate an anniversary…Sicilian-Style! The music, dance, culture and cuisine of Sicily come to the streets of San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood as part of the Annual Sicilian Festival celebration, when San Diego’s Sicilian American community invites you to “Eat, Drink & Be Sicilian” for a day. Navy’s Bay Bridge Run/Walk
This unique 4-mile run/walk has a one of a kind spectacular panoramic view as participants make their way to Coronado’s beautiful Tidelands Park from downtown San Diego over the Coronado Bay Bridge. During the finish line celebration, runners receive a commemorative event shirt and complimentary transportation back to downtown. Hope to see you on the bridge!
