The inaugural KAABOO Festival will include performances by more than 100 musical acts on seven stages with internationally known headliners, established favorites and emerging artists. San Diego Bayfair – Thunderboat Races
Bayfair is famous for its family festival atmosphere, interactive exhibits, vendors and specialty foods, nightly live entertainment and Saturday night fireworks extravaganza, there’s something for everyone in the family. RISE of the Jack O’Lanterns
Lighting up the night this October at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park is an all new family friendly fall event, RISE of the Jack O’Lanterns! 21st Annual San Diego Festival of Beer
The indoor/outdoor event will feature live music and nearly 60 different breweries serving up 120 varieties of tasty brews. Inside the San Diego Festival of Beer, will be food items and munchies for sale in addition to a selection of fine wines for purchase by the glass. Each ticket includes admission into the event, unlimited (2 oz) beer tastes and the first 1,500 guests receive a free souvenir event logo tasting mug that is theirs to use throughout the evening and to keep when they go home.

TJ Beer Fest
More than 200 craft beer brands from Baja California and California will be displayed, as well as featuring a stellar presentation from the singer Celso Piña. Annual Coronado Speed Festival
The Fleet Week Coronado Speed Festival is Fleet Week San Diego’s marquee event. The event features fast-paced, thrilling auto racing and exhibitions for car enthusiasts of all ages at one of the most distinctive race track locations – Naval Air Station North Island, the birthplace of Naval Aviation. Nowhere else can you see a variety of cars racing on a live runway used by the U.S. Navy.

Landlubbers Day
In honor of International Talk Like a Pirate Day this September, Seaport Village is hosting Landlubbers Day, a festive celebration of all things pirate! The free event features live music from the Jackstraws, San Diego’s own pirate-themed band; a “Talk Like a Pirate” and costume contest; arts and crafts; and pirate’s booty food and drink specials from the Seaport Village eateries.

Encinitas Oktoberfest
The event entertainment feature The Bluebirds, a German-American Band, Bavarian dancers and a street craft faire featuring over 200 vendors including artisans with unusual arts and craft items. For one week only, Sunday, September 20th through Sunday, September 27th, indulge on dishes, compiled of local products and ingredients, at more than 180 participating restaurants. Dinner will be served as a three-course, prix-fixe menu for just $20, $30, $40 or $50 per person and lunch will be served as a two-course prix-fixe menu for only $10, $15 or $20 per person.
