The 69th Annual World Championship Over-the-Line (OTL) Tournament will once again unfold at Fiesta Island on Mission Bay. Over 1,000 teams will hit the sand at sunrise Saturday morning — complete with creative team names — to resume a 69-year San Diego tradition.
