Spring has sprung – my favorite time of year! The sun is shining, beach sands are sparkling and flowers are blooming from the coasts of Coronado, Mission Bay and La Jolla to our inland mountains (Julian daffodils!) and deserts (Borrego Springs’ wildflowers). As Easter weekend approaches, following are a few fun seaside brunches for the whole family to enjoy (save me some Easter eggs! 😉 ).
