A friend just sent me this. Love it! Don’t know anything about the singer but, from his myspace page, it seems like this Neal Svalstad fella loves himself some San Diego.

San Diego fans and soccer fanatics: San Diego has the opportunity of a lifetime to become the U.S. host city of the Word Cup in either 2018 or 2012. So far, we’ve already had 5,500 sign the petition to bring the World Cup to America’s Finest City, but we need your support to make this […]
Skating Away in San Diego
When you think of San Diego you’re probably envisioning warm, sunny weather, beautiful beaches, hot nightlife scene and fun family attractions. What most likely doesn’t spring to mind immediately is ice skating. Winter in San Diego transforms many of our attractions into snow bunny getaways. The San Diego Zoo’s holiday Jungle Bells is a winter […]

During the months of December through April, visitors to San Diego have the unique opportunity to witness the migration of California gray whales during their 5,000 mile (say WHAT?!) migration from Alaska to Baja California where they birth their young. Many of the whales travel within only a few miles of the San Diego coast and […]

Here are three San Diego holiday parades I don’t miss.

The café is open for breakfast and lunch and features a delicious menu of omelets, pancakes, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, soups and sweets all made […]

Star of India, the world’s oldest active sailing ship, spent three weeks in dry dock this summer for its decennial maintenance and came back looking better than ever, just in time to celebrate her 146th birthday this Saturday, November 14. The Maritime Museum of San Diego will give her a proper birthday party complete with cake — and everyone is invited!
