Shake off the last of the construction dust, it’s time to put out the welcome mat! The Hotel Indigo San Diego opens for business today in the East Village neighborhood downtown. Happy Hour Takes You Higher
Ahh, Friday in July. The weather is gorgeous. Are you looking forward to the weekend? With sunshine like this, there’s no way you should consider kicking it off indoors. Naturally, there are lots of outdoor cocktails to be had in San Diego but, I’d suggest reaching for the sky and heading for the roof. Yes, you should beat […]
Military Monuments Eternally Entertained

Bob Hope’s presence in the collection is fitting since that is just about the same span of time that he entertained U.S. troops overseas.

Follow the lead of generations of Californians and embrace Tiki culture, of course. That way, I can take an exotic getaway – just for a happy hour […]

ike any Wild West town, the story of San Diego is rich with sensational stories of heroism and infamy – from its origins as “New Town” to its era as red light district, through its time of decay into its renaissance – and you can relive it all through these unique and entertaining sightseeing tours.
